We are a Springdale couple who grew up in Northwest Arkansas, and we feel very fortunate to live in this wonderful area. With a recent empty nest, we decided to embrace our new chapter of life. Part of the new chapter involved moving to our Springdale downtown to be a part of the revitalization. We are attempting to slow life down, and we feel like downtown life is a great way to do it.

Allen Grove
In 2017 we purchased homes on Allen Avenue and Grove Avenue in historic downtown Springdale.
Allen Grove is a name we began to use to describe our downtown Real Estate ventures.
It is inspiration from a time gone by.
A simpler time when days seemed longer
and life was lived more fully.
A time when downtown was the hub of activity
and people could walk to their destination.
A time when people invested in each other
and in their community.

Downtown Springdale, like many other historic areas, has memories and stories from an enriched past that are just waiting to be rediscovered.
